We evaluate every opportunity from the business itself: who buys, why they buy, what it costs to serve them, and what the company needs to grow. From that analysis, we define where we can contribute capital, technical capacity, commercial experience, or relevant connections.
Every relationship has clear objectives, owners, and a way to measure progress.

We analyze the team, the opportunity, results to date, investment terms, and risks. We look for growth ambition paired with responsible capital allocation.
Building & Execution
We work alongside teams to turn priorities into plans: product development, technology implementation, sales, operations, and financial control, based on each business's needs and agreements.
Connections with Purpose
We explore relationships with customers, operators, and investors who can add concrete value. An introduction is the start; the goal is a collaboration that produces results.
Our Thesis
Technology applied to problems that matter for companies and their customers.
We're interested in businesses with a clear value proposition, a credible path to sustainable revenue, and teams willing to learn and execute. We pay close attention to digitization and regional growth opportunities where our involvement can make a concrete difference.

We publish sectors, stages, and ticket sizes once approved. The diversity of our existing investments is not by default a "we invest in everything" thesis.
